A group of Salt Wells wild horses take off over a rise (Wyoming). These are some of the beautiful horses in danger of being permanently removed from their rangeland homes. this is just horrible to hear. can we stop this?

  2. pnickoles Says:

Hi Suzy – it is very tragic. A donation to The Cloud Foundation or the The American Wild Horse Preservation Campaign will help with their current legal battle in an attempt to stop this from happening.

  3. Beautiful Image Pam. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Margaret Says:

Pam is Salt Wells down by Rock Springs? Or is it closer to McCullough Peaks?

  5. pnickoles Says:

    Thank you Lethie.

Hi Margaret – Salt Wells is just south of Rock Springs.

  6. Ronnie Says:

Thank you Pam for posting these most magnificent, so beautiful horses, along with their plight! Roundup, & more… My 1st thought, “How can I help?” And there was your link to The Cloud Foundation.” Will donate today. One feels so helpless, but any way one can help is action for the horses. Love this photo, the colors, the action. Black stallion leading, contrast of the whIte behind & the brown/rust beauties. All ages, all together: FAMILY <3.
