Photo Of The Week – 6/2/11

June 3, 2011

A Piceance Creek/East Douglas HMA mare and youngster (still shedding out). We spent part of the Memorial Day weekend with the horses. Everything was so wonderfully green from all the rain. (More about our visit to follow in another post).

Yes they are beautiful and so free (for the moment). I follow all your tweets here in UK and find your coverage of these horrendous roundups heart wrenching. I sign everything possible to give my support for stopping them but because I am outside US it’s not always allowed without a US address. I feel so sad that this outrage goes on and more to come in July, I shed many a tear over this.

  8. Laura Says:

    Very sweet.
