Salt Wells HMA mares

Healthy, beautiful mares from the Salt Wells HMA near Rock Springs, Wyoming. Despite receiving thousands of hand delivered letters against this roundup, the BLM will proceed as usual in removing these magnificent animals from their rangelands beginning in October.

  1. I am calling for a major March on Washington DC. This bunch of idiots and politicians that are standing by and allowing these lunitics to do this need a wake up call. Americans they are not going to listen to our letters, they are not going to listen to our phone calls, they are not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets see if they will listen to our voices. Time is running out. How far are you willing to go to make these clowns listen??????????????????????????????????????????
WE NEED TO MARCH ON DC ~ NOW ~

Too sad! I guess there’s no winning when you go against “the” government!

  3. Wild is Wonderful ……… thank you for what you DO.

  4. Puller Lanigan Says:

I live in D.C., just tell me the date, time and location. This just makes me ill. I want to go vomit all over Capitol Hill. This is senseless, cruel, idiotic. Honestly, I want to pull a Henry David Thoreau and quit paying taxes for these jerks salaries and the fact the public was not asked to vote on this.

  5. Karen B. Strawbridge Says:

Wish I lived closer……I’d RIDE my horse instead of marching……..you go girls…….proud of you……<3 Karen

  6. Puller Lanigan Says:

I’m firing off another letter to the Post. Have there been 6 roundups since January? More? I’m looking for the total number of horses captured and the total amount of acres they were removed from.

  7. Mym Clews Says:

I am in the UK but am saddened and disgusted at what is happening to theses poor horses. Puller is right – RIDE not walk

  8. Wild mares! A beautiful sight. Am saddened by the plight of these beautiful animals. Shame on humanity!

  9. Rozy Roan Says:

I’m with you, the march should happen. I think this sort of thing has to stop. I can’t believe we have that many idiots in Congress allowing this to happen. Horses have been here for centuries and are gentle beautiful animals. Your photos are so beautiful. Thank you for alerting the masses.

  10. Everyone ” It’s time to stop being nice with this Damed BLM, they are a bunch of butchers that needs the old west treatment for horse thieves, period”

  11. suzanne o'meara Says:
