  1. Those are beautiful but please keep their location secret or that darn BLM will be after them. They are not safe. Thanks for the wonderful pictures

Brenda – these guys are already scheduled to be rounded up in October. Very few can hide from a helicopter. I share these images because I want people to know what we’re losing out there. I want these beautiful horses remembered…

Pam, with some congressmen/women starting to get involved, will there be ANY POSSIBLE chance of the roundups being stopped??? I do not understand how all of those people can turn a blind eye to what Salazar is doing!!! That little dictator is shooting for TOTAL ELIMINATION of these horses and NO ONE there on Capitol Hill gives a damn…….yet there is not one statement by Salazar to truly JUSTIFY his actions!! EVERY ONE of you fantastic photographers has been out on those SAME ranges he says are decimated, and you manage to somehow find horses that are not emaciated…..hmmmm, I wonder how that happens?? The ones chased in and photographed have also been healthy and with a high body score count, yet he INSISTS that they are starving. Too bad he won’t admit the ONLY animal starving on those ranges the horses run on on cows. Any horse found so, has been fenced off of water that they formerly went to and didn’t or couldn’t get to a new range before it was too late….but the truth by him will never pass his lips, that is totally evident. You are a fabulous recorder of the truth and what you and all of the others do, DOES make a difference, even if to just make others aware this is happening and to at least try and give the ones ripped from their families a place to recouperate and call home in time. God bless you ALL and may those who cause all of these injustices and many unnecessary deaths and hurts to these beautiful horses, be held accountable one day.

  4. Well I think it is high time that the Animal Nazis are stopped. They are breaking every single law literally on the books right out in the open and I for one would like to know why they haven’t been arrested. They put their pants on the same way every body else does and nobody has a right to be above the law.

  6. Karen Says:

    Thank you Pam!

  7. Gerri Kier Says:
