Photo Of The Week – 8/1/12
August 1, 2012

A couple of flighty Piceance Creek/East Douglas HMA bachelor stallions. An evening sighting. They ran back and forth in front of me a few times before finally heading into cover for the night. Matched set of bay boys.

Is this the herd BLM wants to zero out or is that West Douglas? What a shame. These are stunning fellows. Thanks so much for sharing.

They almost look like clones, I wonder if they are brothers. Either way they are a handsome pair.

Hi Puller – this is Piceance Creek/East Douglas. You are correct. It is West Douglas that the BLM would like to zero out.
There are a lot of bay colored horses in Piceance Creek Patricia, but who knows?
